State Game Land 222 is a two-compartment forested game land near McKeansburg, in the East Brunswick Township area and adjacent ground within Schuylkill County. It covers 2,382.58 acres of roughly 98% forested mountain between about 700 and 1,400 feet.

In WMU 4C, hunters take deer, bear, turkey, ruffed grouse, rabbits, woodcock, squirrels, and furbearers. There is one parking area on the southern parcel, one on Catawissa Road, plus game-lands-road parking open during hunting seasons. Season dates, bag limits, antlerless allocations, and Sunday-hunting days are set each year by the Pennsylvania Game Commission — confirm the current year before you hunt.
