Know about a community event in Pottsville or Schuylkill County that belongs on the calendar? Send it in. An editor reviews every submission against its official source before anything appears on the site — nothing publishes automatically.

A public page where the event is announced — the organizer's site, the venue's page, or an official social post. This is what we verify the details against; a submission without a checkable source can't be published.

Kept private — never published and never shown with the event; an editor uses it only if something needs clarifying.

What happens after you submit

  • Your submission gets a reference ID and enters a review queue.
  • An editor checks the details against the official source link you provided.
  • If it checks out, the event is published on the county calendar with its source cited; if something doesn't add up, it isn't published.
  • Your contact details stay private either way.
