Do you know how to turn on your computer or laptop, but stumped what to do next? Sign up for this free workshop to learn: A little about how a computer works (just the bare minimum!); How to navigate the desktop; How to find files and folders; How to work with an app; How to save and close files; How to delete files. This is a single, one-hour class with plenty of time for practice and questions. And don’t forget, parking in downtown Pottsville is free after 5 PM. Computer classes at the Pottsville Free Public Library are free to all residents of Schuylkill County and the Pottsville Library District, and the only requirement is you have a valid Pottsville Library card. Don’t have a card yet? Sign up for one at the Circulation Desk before the date of the class. Seating is limited so register now by calling the Pottsville Library at 570-622-8880 x10, or when you stop in the Library to get your card.
